I had a chance to visit our teams in Thailand and Malaysia this week and it lined up nicely with Western Digital's CommUNITY Day. ? Being new to WD, I’ve been looking forward to seeing how things actually run on the ground. And what stood out in Prachinburi, Bang Pa-In, and Penang wasn’t just the scale or complexity, it was how much people cared. About the work, the team, and doing things the right way. ? I was uplifted by the team spirit and the deep connection we had to the business and the local communities that support us. That sense of purpose really came through. ? The teams made sure I got the full local experience. In Penang, there was some early encouragement to try durian fruit… but it was the folks in Prachinburi who finally persuaded me. ? Really appreciate everyone who took the time to walk me through what you’re building and how you’re approaching it. Lots to take in, and lots to be proud of. ? Thanks again for the warm welcome.
