Sweet peaches are made of these ??? Have you heard? Peaches and parfaits are in and we just made your new favorite frozen treat to have on hand…and maybe even for breakfast.?? Recipe below ?? ?1 peach diced ?1 cup of oats ?1/4 cup brown sugar ?2 tbs of maple syrup (or honey!) ?1 Vanilla CS pod Directions: Finely dice/chop your peach, then sauté in hot pan with avocado oil. Once it starts to brown, add in your oats and brown sugar. Keep stirring regularly to keep from burning. Once all of that starts to caramelize, add in your maple syrup for an added touch of sweetness! Then remove from heat and let sit while you make your vanilla ice cream using your ColdSnap machine.
